Toddler daycare De 4 Heemskinderen: everything under one roof
Crafts, coloring, and building: at De 4 Heemskinderen daycare—right next to the primary school of the same name—we're always busy. Building a tower with Kapla, creating our own aquarium with colored rice and sea creatures, or even a mud bath for the farm animals. Finished crafting? Then it's time to play outside in the schoolyard. Swinging, shoveling in the sandbox, or jumping, splashing, and playing in the puddles with friends. Afterwards, it's nice to relax with a book or a puzzle.
And further
We offer standard early childhood education (VE). This includes playful practice with words and numbers, extra attention to fun movement, and encouraging play together. This makes the transition to primary school much easier. A referral from the child health clinic is required for VE.

What does a day at daycare look like?
Your child is eager to discover the world. Naturally, we ensure there is plenty to do: dressing up, building, gymnastics, reading, making music… This way, we align with your toddler’s developmental stages. Pedagogical professional Sofia: “Toddlers are curious, a perfect moment to introduce them to colors and shapes, for example, in a playful way.”
