After-school care at the Talent: playing and discovering in a familiar environment
Start: January 5, 2026 (after the Christmas holidays)
At this after-school care center, you can enjoy playing and exploring in the afternoons after school, both indoors and outdoors. Together with your new friends, you can play football in the playroom of primary school Het Talent , or we can play other games. Additionally, we can be found in the assembly hall, where we can choose from rows of books and make full use of the beautiful kitchenette next to our after-school care room. There is always something to do at the after-school care center!
Good to Know
- After-school care Het Talent is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. On Wednesdays and Fridays, we collaborate with after-school care Ziezo.
- During the holidays, childcare is provided by Ziezo after-school care. Children from Talent and Ziezo play together.

The hourly rate includes:
- food and drinks, including fruit and healthy snacks
- extra activities, excursions and theme weeks
Your child will not want for anything!
Holidays and other days when your child is absent and has been canceled can be used at other times, if staffing allows. That's convenient.
This location is registered in the National Childcare Register. You'll need this number when applying for childcare allowance from the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. The most recent Municipal Health Service (GGD) report for this location can also be found on the LRK website.

- New Year's Day – Thursday, January 1
- Easter Monday – Monday, April 6
- King's Day – Monday, April 27
- Liberation Day – Tuesday, May 5
- Ascension Day – Thursday, May 14
- Whit Monday – Monday, May 25
- Christmas Day – Friday, December 25
- Two training days for our staff, to be determined later. We will announce these at least four weeks in advance and coordinate with the local parent committee.

After-school care is the perfect place to play with peers and discover new talents and hobbies. We happily make use of the DoenKids program, a database full of activities. Pedagogical professional Sharon explains: “Every day is different, but we do offer your child a fixed routine.”
