Sometimes it is nice for your child to stay at school during lunchtime. That is why Kober provides lunch supervision at various primary schools in the West Brabant region. The children eat their lunch together and can then enjoy playing for a while before classes resume. Are you new to Kober and would you like to register your child for lunch supervision? Then choose to register as a new customer. Have you used another Kober service, such as out-of-school care? Then register as an existing customer.

Just like with our daycare, preschool, and out-of-school care services, we want your child to be in good hands during lunchtime. That is why, in collaboration with various primary schools, we offer a pleasant, safe place where your child enjoys spending their midday break. Register quickly and easily! Unsure if you are a new or existing customer? You are a new customer if you have not used childcare or lunchtime supervision at Kober in the past 7 years.
What do you want to do?
What is staying for lunch at Kober?
Staying for lunch with friends: fun! Your child brings their own food and drink, and we eat together. Afterwards, the children can go outside for a game of football or tag. Inside, there are plenty of games, or they can enjoy drawing. This way, every child can do something they enjoy. We provide the activities and materials. The lunch supervision team, consisting of dedicated volunteers and pedagogical professionals, keeps an eye on things and ensures a good atmosphere.
How does it work?
Staying for lunch is available from Group 1 and always takes place in the school building, in a familiar environment close to the classroom. Every day, the lunch supervision team checks who is coming and the children are personally picked up from their classroom. After the break, the team brings the children back to their classroom, with brief, personal feedback for the teacher. This way, you know that your child is being well looked after during the midday break. Is your child coming to school for a settling-in day? They can stay for lunch then too, even if you are not yet a customer. Via the page of the desired lunch supervision location, you can easily contact the lunch supervision coordinator to register your child for free for a settling-in day.

During lunchtime, various activities can be done. This varies greatly, and we try to offer as much as possible. This ensures there is always something fun for every child. During lunchtime, the children are allowed to choose for themselves what they feel like doing.

You'd like to use the after-school program. You have complete control over after-school programs. You can register and/or deregister your child(ren)'s after-school programs online in the Parent App.
General
- You can register your child online until 10:00 AM on the relevant day of after-school care;
- You can register your child for an occasional day of after-school care or schedule fixed days of the week for the entire school year;
- If you're absent, please report your child's absence online before 10:00 AM. You won't be charged for the after-school care session. You'll automatically receive a confirmation email after each change in the Parent App.
- You must renew your registration for after-school care each school year. Your child will be moving to a different group, and the regular after-school care days may also change. We'll notify you during the summer holidays of the date from which you can register your child for the new school year.
Additional information
Are there any special circumstances (for example, allergies or medication) that we need to know regarding your child staying for lunch? If so, please fill in the information card and hand it in to the after-school coordinator as soon as possible.

You can find the lunchtime fee above for your location. Click on the school name to see the cost per lunchtime session. Is your school not listed? It may have a continuous schedule or Kober doesn't provide lunchtime services.
We invoice for after-school care sessions in arrears, around the 20th of the following month. You can also choose direct debit. Please send an email to serviceteam@kober.nl, stating your IBAN number and name.
Please note: If you have outstanding payments with Kober, your child may no longer be able to attend after-school care. Please contact our accounts receivable managers as soon as possible. Call 076 504 56 06 or email us at debtors@kober.nl.
To ensure that the after-school care runs smoothly, we have laid down the rules in an after-school care protocol. When you register for after-school care, you agree to the Lunchtime supervision protocol, terms of payment and ours privacy statement.
During the school year, you cancel registered lunch supervision shifts yourself in the Parent App. At the end of a school year, the registration is automatically terminated, and you do not need to do anything.
