Comber green

We're taking steps to become a green childcare organization. We're doing this by striving for the greenest possible housing and reducing our ecological footprint. We also take a broader view of sustainability. For us, it also means being good to the people we work with – our colleagues, but also our partners.

Sustainability

Investing in long-term relationships

At Kober, employees are our greatest asset. After all, happy employees make for happy children. This is only possible if colleagues feel comfortable in their own skin and fit. It starts with making the effort to truly get to know each other. Giving space for personal development. Standing for something together. This requires us to ensure a healthy and professional organization you can count on. We can only realize a sustainable environment with our strategic partners. We prefer to work with companies and organizations that share our views and want to contribute to the holistic development of every child in a sustainable way. We invest in our relationships for the long term.
