Our 6 pedagogical principles
How do we guide and help your child grow and learn? We've translated our parenting philosophy into six pedagogical principles. These guide our thinking and actions. Every day. At every location. Discover what this means for you!
Self-confidence and independence
We don't take everything off your child's hands, but let them do what they can and help where needed. This way, they grow in self-confidence and become increasingly independent.
Room for development
We support your child in their journey of discovery and explore their social-emotional, creative, cognitive, and motor development needs. We also give your child as much space as possible to gain experience independently.
Safe and secure
We see your child, approach them positively, and respond to their needs. We provide an emotionally and physically safe environment; a comfortable, familiar foundation from which your child can develop at their own pace.
Living and learning together
We offer your child every opportunity to learn from and with other children, to experience things together, and to have fun. This is made possible by the dynamic group dynamic; the composition changes every day. This way, your child's social development will occur almost naturally. We encourage children to work together – how great is it to achieve this as a group! And to enjoy each other's company.
Healthy and balanced
We provide healthy snacks and a healthy and varied lunch. This way, we introduce children to new flavors and textures and teach them to make their own choices. We also encourage your child to get plenty of exercise. So, of course, we go outside every day.
Respect for others and the world
We help children look beyond their own world and discover the diversity of society. For example, by focusing on other cultures, backgrounds, family situations, and living conditions, as well as nature. In this way, we gradually expand their world.

Get your sneakers ready, because it's time for the Kober Children's Run in Teteringen! A fun running event especially for kids, where taking part is more important than winning.

Mama Café in Breda
On Wednesday morning, September 16th, Mommunity/Kober will once again welcome a group of 25 moms and their children aged 0-4 for a cozy get-together. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or cappuccino with a treat, and chat about motherhood the old-fashioned way. This time, the theme is sleep.
