Optimal doesn't mean children have to "meet an average." We believe it's much more about giving children the (self)confidence to do what they excel at and helping them when something requires extra attention. We view development as a winding path. Every child is unique in this respect. We are here to offer children a pleasant, warm, and optimistic environment. A loving and rich pedagogical developmental environment in which we help children grow. We also collaborate as much as possible with education, healthcare and welfare, culture, and sports. We prefer to do this under one roof where our knowledge and expertise converge. Everything is focused on a good start and healthy growth.

We understand better than anyone that every city, neighborhood, or district is unique. This also means that every city has (or can have) different needs for child development and childcare. That's why we like to be at the heart of the community. Using data and our own and our partners' knowledge, we map out how we can be of value to parents and their children. This way, we keep pace with developments in the community.

Caring for growing children doesn't stop at our front door. Where needed, we stand by parents – as partners in parenting. We certainly can't do this alone. We work closely with specialists in (youth) care and welfare.
