General terms and conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up by the employers' associations (Industry Organisation for Social Childcare), the Consumers' Association and BOinK (the interest group for parents in childcare) and are mandatory.
All childcare provided by Kober childcare (daycare, toddler care and after-school care) apply these General Terms and Conditions.

After-school care protocol and payment terms

Kober childcare uses a protocol for after-school care and these payment terms. You can find it here here.

Belastingdienst

You may be eligible for childcare allowance. You can inquire about this with the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. If you are eligible, we advise you to apply for it as soon as possible on the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration's website. You can do this up to three months after the childcare begins.

Automatic collection

Choose the convenience of direct debit. Is your childcare allowance deposited directly into Kober Childcare's account? Then we'll settle this with the direct debit. Kober collects this amount on the 27th of the month. To arrange this, please contact the service team at serviceteam@kober.nl or call (076) 504 56 05.

Parent app

Kober childcare uses the Parent app (from Konnect). In the app, you can view photos taken in your child's class, read messages from childcare professionals, and send messages yourself. For children up to one year old, the Parent App also serves as a notebook. Here find more information about using the Parent App.

Kober placement policy

The program placement policy ensures an efficient, transparent, and structured way of placing children at Kober childcare (with the exception of childcare places purchased by companies). The placement policy serves as a guideline for the actions of the service team and unit managers. This information can also serve as a resource for employees and clients.

Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel the agreement free of charge up to one month before the effective date. From the date of signing, you have 14 days to revoke the agreement without giving any reason. You can do this via this model form or by sending an email to serviceteam@kober.nlIf childcare has already started within this 14-day period, you will be charged for the days used. After the 14-day cancellation period, a one-month cancellation period applies, which you are obligated to pay. During the cancellation period, you can continue to use the childcare.
