At Kober, children should feel safe and have the space to develop. Our childcare contributes to a good start for children in primary education and in society. Therefore, we comply with national laws and regulations.
Satisfaction survey
To ensure the quality of our childcare, we have been conducting ongoing customer satisfaction surveys since 2024. These surveys are anonymous and voluntary. We use the feedback to evaluate our services and make improvements where necessary. here for more information.
Qualified employees
Daily care and upbringing is provided by qualified staff members in accordance with the Childcare Collective Labor Agreement (CAO). They also hold a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
Familiar face
We adhere to the "familiar faces" criterion in the group. This means that babies have at least two permanent caregivers. This way, there's always a familiar face in the group. We also work with mentors, even for children who attend daycare on different days. The mentor monitors your child's development and alerts you to any unusual circumstances. Is there a change in the group? Or is someone starting an internship? We'll always let you know who is working in your child's group.
Support by pedagogical coaches
Even before it was legally required, we were already working with pedagogical coaches. They support the development of policy at the locations. They also help translate Kober's pedagogical policy into practice within the group. Furthermore, they inspire, motivate, and guide the pedagogical staff.
Customised groups
We adhere to the maximum group size as stipulated in the Childcare Innovation and Quality Act (IKK). Furthermore, we employ our staff in accordance with the statutory staff-to-child ratio.

Pedagogical policy plan per location
Kober childcare has developed a comprehensive pedagogical policy. As required by law, the unit managers and staff at each location then formalize this policy in their own pedagogical policy plans. These location-level plans provide a practical overview of how the policy is implemented. They also incorporate all applicable laws and regulations, such as those regarding core groups, group composition, and the four-eye principle. You can view the plans at the location. Reporting code
All our childcare staff are trained to identify behavioral changes in children. If we suspect a child is experiencing domestic violence or child abuse, we are legally obligated to follow the steps outlined in the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Reporting Code.

To properly manage care, financial matters, and administrative matters, we handle personal data. Naturally, we handle it with care. Our working methods are fully compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act. Read more here our privacy policy.
