Kober values the quality of its daycare services highly. To ensure this quality, it's essential that we know how satisfied our clients are with our daycare.
Collaboration with VerbeterMeter
Starting this year, we will begin continuous satisfaction measurements through VerbeterMeter, a research agency specializing in measurements in childcare.
When which examination?
As a parent, you'll experience our services at various points during your child(ren)'s care. This includes when you first arrive at our location with your baby, when your child transitions to after-school care, or when you've just signed a contract for preschool. Your experiences at these different times are invaluable to us. That's why, during your child(ren)'s care, you'll receive an email from VerbeterMeter inviting you to complete a short questionnaire.
We use your feedback to evaluate our services and improve them where necessary. Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous for you as a parent.
After introduction
You will receive this questionnaire one week after the posting date.
After the adjustment period
You will receive this questionnaire when your child has been using our daycare for three months.
Annual measurement
You will receive this questionnaire one year after the placement date and annually thereafter.
Final evaluation
If childcare ends or if a child moves to another type of childcare, you will receive this questionnaire 1 week after the end date.

First results
On April 12, 2024, we launched VerbeterMeter. Three months later, we can present the initial results based on nearly 900 completed questionnaires. These were parents from daycare, preschool, and after-school care.
